WELCOME TO YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD PHARMACY
New to Victory?
Let’s make a good start.
Whether you’re moving prescriptions or stopping in with a question, a little preparation helps. Here’s how to start your first conversation with Victory Community Pharmacy in Burbank.
A CONVERSATION COMES FIRST
Tell us what brings you in.
Call about a refill, transfer, free health check or a question for the pharmacist. The team can explain the information needed and the next step for your situation.
YOUR FIRST THREE STEPS
From the first call to your next pickup.
- 01
Start with your request
Share the medicine or service you want to discuss. For a transfer, have your current pharmacy’s name and phone number ready. The team must check whether the prescription can be transferred.
- 02
Confirm the details
Ask about prescription status, insurance, any amount due and what identification or other information is needed. A phone conversation helps clarify what should happen before you travel.
- 03
Arrange your next step
Confirm that your prescription is ready before pickup. If you would like free home delivery, ask about your address, prescription eligibility and the available arrangements.
A FEW USEFUL DETAILS
Keep these close by.
- The medicine name or prescription number, if you have it.
- Current prescription insurance information.
- Your current pharmacy’s contact details if asking about a transfer.
- A current medication list and the questions you want to discuss.
Not transferring a prescription?
You can still call about free pharmacist consultations, blood pressure checks or blood sugar checks. Ask about availability and any preparation before coming in.
